To copy a unit from one month into a different month, use the Unit Search (be sure to start the search from the month you want to ADD the unit to, and select your name in the Teacher pull down menu, and the course from the Course pull down menu. All units in the course will appear, to copy click the double paper icon. Once the unit is copied into the designated month, make sure you change the dates (the dates automatically reset to the the first of the month).
Storage for Uploading Files
Our school district currently has 125 MGs of storage space for uploading media/files in Curriculum Connector.We can request more storage space as we need it! The maximum size for each file is 50 MGs. If your file is larger than 50MGs, you will not be able to upload that file.
Attaching Documents (added 11/5/10)**
Uploading attachments of any type (pdf, jpg, doc, xls) to the Lessons column using a MAC requires Firefox 3.6 (latest version). Click on the following link to get the latest version of Firefox. Upgrade Firefox
How to Copy a Diary Map to a Core Map
You will need to login as the Core teacher, select the Rollover tool at the bottom of the Home page. Use the rollover instructions found under the Help Link on the home page to follow the rollover steps. The only difference will be that you will need to select the teacher's name that has the units in their diary account, not the Core Teacher name. This will roll all units for that courses into the Core account and lock them down in the diary teacher account.
